The Flowers Made Easy website is owned and run by Flowers Made Easy LTD (Irish VAT No. IE 4483666P). By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or by completing the registration process to open an account with Flowers Made Easy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Flowers Made Easy may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.
Complaints
If you have an issue or a complaint, please provide us with your order number and state what the issue was and we will come back to you as soon as possible. Please come back to us a soon as possible to allow us try and fix any problems you may have.
Cancellation policy
In the unusual case that you need to cancel and order a full refund will be issued, once the order is cancelled 5 days before the intended delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order less than 5 days before the intended delivery date, a fee of €10 will be charged to cover administration costs
Orders cannot be cancelled with 24 hours of the intended delivery date.
Please note that all refunds will be made less any taxes, charges or currency conversions incurred by Flowers Made Easy during the transaction.
Invalid credit card details
If you provide us with incorrect or invalid credit card or payment details your order may not be processed correctly through the site. We do our best to spot these “dropped orders” twice daily, however if you do not receive an Order Confirmation order, your order has not been processed correctly. We will attempt to contact you, but we do not accept any responsibility for this sort of issue arising.
Outside our control
Flowers Made Easy is not responsible for:
The delivery of flowers to an incorrect address supplied by the sender.
An unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being present at the address supplied by the sender.
Trademarks, Copyrights and Restrictions
All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by Flowers Made Easy, its related companies or by other parties that have licensed their material to Flowers Made Easy. Material on FlowersMadeEasy.ie or any Web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Flowers Made Easy is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Such material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means, without the express prior written consent of Flowers Made Easy. Use of the materials on any other Web site or networked computer environment, or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of Flowers Made Easy copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited.
The use of this website and these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under Irish Law. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts system and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts System.
VAT
Our products and services attract a Value Added Tax of between 13.5% and 21% depending on the product you order. All prices advertised are inclusive of all taxes applicable to the respective countries that the product is being delivered in. This is a broad-based tax on consumption, which applies to the supply of most services and products sold by Irish Companies.
Currency
All orders paid for by credit cards on Flowers Made Easy LTD websites will be deducted from your account in Euro. A slight variation may occur between the price you see in a local currency and the price paid due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
Alcohol
All Wine and Champagne products offered by Flowers Made Easy are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years. This may be checked at time of delivery. The items will not be handed over to individuals under the age of 18. ID may be requested as requested by law. By placing an order for an alcoholic product, you are confirming that the recipient is over 18 years of age.
Substitutions
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or speciality gift is delivered in a timely manner. We promise to take the utmost care and attention with your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colours shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
Speciality gifts
Speciality gifts may be substituted with another speciality gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category. This includes wine, chocolates and teddy bears.
